FNB homeloans gives poor customer service

I have been attempting to obtain a substitution of debtors agreement on the property I am living in. Firstly everytime I called the call centre I was told a different story. After struggling for weeks to figure out the process I was finally able to submit the form with all the supporting documents attached. Secondly I was then contacted via email by FNB to submit documents I already sent and they seemed confused and unproffesional and finally figured out that they already have it. Thirdly they sent an property evaluator (without even notifying me to expect this) to contact me for Rugby even though the property in question is in Pinelands. Fourthly I received a quotation for my signature with an address for Pinelands Rugby. Seriously!!! All my requests to speak to a real human being has been unsuccessful. I find it shocking that FNB seems bent on preventing their homeloan customers from dealing with an employee. One gets better service obtaining a cheque or credit card than applying for something as huge as a bond. I have attempted in vain to find out what the next steps are in this process. I do not apply for a homeloan everyday and I have no idea what to expect.
