Payment not updated

I had a cellphone account which was handed over due to non payments, however a payment of R2300 was paid on da 21st of June 2012, and 6 months later I spoke to a lady by the name of Samantha Solomons who did confirm the payment and said it was not updated with their collection agency, and to date such payment is still not updated despite her promise in December 2012, can the guys please have a look on that acc and keep their promises
