The manner in which Lerato has handled my case has far gone past where it makes me angry - it is now trully saddening me.

She has blatently to me on 3 occasions after I had spoken to her - and then whenever I speak to her collegues, they all say that they have no record of her promises and they rather preffer I speak to her directly - needless to say, she then provides me with more.

My payment at first was due to be made last week Monday... then had to be cancelled because of a R3.00 that needed to be taxed? R3.00 seriously?

I then was told that it would take place on Wednesday, then Thursday, Friday & now its the same strory all over again.

This is unfair!!!
