I just want my money

Service generally in SA but standard bank home loans department is rated low on service in my books. I have phoned numerous times to sort out my access bond and remove the ATM holds on the account but keep being told the same thing over and over again. I'm escalating your query. Than they put u on hold finishing your airtime. Stop escalating, its not working. Just sort it out. Just need access to my funds urgently.
