Deducting money before debit order date

This is the 3rd time old mutual is deducting money before the debit order date and causing my bank account to be a mess with bank charges of R115 a time as they are putting through two different amounts and change the account numbers. firstly changing account number is and this needs to be reported. Secondly this is the 3 month i have been charge R115 twice by my bank for your mistake of taking off money before the time. I want these fees paid back by you and change the debit order date to the 30th with immediate effect.
