Balance of Loan account is misleading

Last week I gave FNB a call to find out my capital balance on a loan i took out with them in 2011, Only to find out that they can only give me a balance that includes interest up until next year November.
To top that off on my Transunion report the same balance appear.

How can you give me a balance that includes interest that I'm yet to incur?

Come on guys, if Steve new about this he would have field day promoting his bank.

Its misleading, especially if you are not financially clued up. It would mean that there are people asking for and getting balances that contains interest for the entire term (although you may only be 1 year into the term), paying it and not realizing they paid for something they should not have.

Furthermore, i spoke to 2 consultants and 1 team leader, one was rude and un knowledgeable, the second unknowledgeable and somewhat ignorant.
The team leader managed to understand what i said. But stated that he would get back to me however making it known that he can't guarantee anything!
If you offering a service to a customer but cannot guarantee it, it's kind of pointless.
