Missing Healthyfood cash backs still not resolved

Today marks 1 month since my first post re this issue on HelloPeter.

In that time there has been little to no actual progress made in resolving this matter.
After a long conversation with Matthew on the 31st of May he:
- assured me that he would take ownership of the matter;
- promised to provide a listing of all transactions so that I can remit missing payments; and
- promised me a phone call on the 5th of June.

Guess what?
- no phone call!
- no list of transactions!
- no ownership.

Just an email from Kholofelo Marutha on the 4th highlighting further transactions that were missed, and another from him today - 20 days later - that the missing cash backs have been sent for approval.

Can you believe that? 20 days to ask for approval after a significant client escalation?
At this rate I'm certain to get a very nice New Year's surprise!

My thoughts:
Pathetic.
Disgraceful Discovery!
Truly Pathetic!
I'd be ashamed to identify myself as an employee or associate of such a clearly rubbish organisation!

To Matthew - thanks for showing once again just how poor Discovery's management truly is!!!
