Outsurance
R400 CASHBACK?

I got a quote from outsurance for my car for R876.53 on my comprehensive car and household insurance. But my existing insurer MIWAY bettered that monthly premium at an amount of R663.81 for the car. However before accepting Miway's quote I actually agreed to Outsurance's premium and nowhere on the advert's terms and conditions does it state that the quote must be for your car only and not if your car is listed under your comprehensive insurance. I have contacted the Outsurance call centre and sent them emails/ messages on their site leaving my full contact details. Nobody has contacted me regarding this since march.
