No schedule for policy KP1026908

I still await my policy schedule for KP1026908. I have called customer services 4 times. Emailed jonathan and client services 3 times regarding my schedule and I have not received any feed back. I find this type of treatment unprofessional as other insurance companies send the policy schedule immediately. I messaged client sevices and jonathan a day before my vehicle could arrive from the dealership and its been 5 working days and still no schedule. I shudder to think the type of 'royal treatment' I would receive in the case of actually requiring to use price king insurance in the event of an emergency. Catchy adverts and a quick sales team is all good to get in clients but all that fails with poor customer services in retaining them.
