Not getting back, whats due to me!!!

I'm soooo very disappointed with the type of service??? correction, WHAT SERVICE! After settling my account with the company, I was called and advised that I still have an amount outstanding. I did then query this presenting the company with statements from themselves confirming my account was settled.
the calls did stop for a will, yet I did eft funds into this account mistakenly, on me discovering this i did contact the company for a refund. This was in February 2013 and yet to date I have not received MY monies that is now long overdue. further I just don't require my funds but I am also demanding interest on my credit with the company.
