I took a loan with FNB and we agreed that they would debit my account on the 25th of every month, but a debit ran on my account on 21 June 2013 with an amount of R2240. Because I had urgent plans with these funds, I phoned FNB to assist me. The call centre agent, Tshepang, was not helpful at all and was rude. She told me that there was nothing they could do and they can't help me, despite the agreement between myself and FNB and the error from their side. Now, I can't pay for my car repairs and will have to suffer the R150 storage fee from 22 - 25 June 2013 each day and FNB doesn't care, even though I've begged because the mistake was theirs and NOT mine. Worst part, none of her seniors were available to take my call. I am very saddend by this especially now that i have to pay heavy price for an error that was not mine.
