Double charge of debit orde

I ordered a Samsung Tablet through FNB and was very happy with the product. Everything went fine, even when they double charged me the courier fee, the error was quickly corrected. Then this month they double charged me. I called and the lady said she would sent it to the Smart Device department and that it takes 4 working days. The following week I emailled as nothing had changed. Again I got told the Smart Device department had been notified. In the 2nd week I emailled again but got ignored. I finally called and got through to Jessie Dlamini who was very helpful and actualy got it sorted out. She discovered they had loaded a second device on my profile and she got it removed, but the money was not refunded. So I called on Tuesday, 3 weeks after I first notified them of the problem. The lady said she would ask the people who had dealt with this previously and call me back. On Thursday morning she had not gotten back to me so I sent another email addressed to Jessie as she seems to be the only one getting anything done. Again I got an automated response saying I would have a reply in 24 hours. That was 30 hours ago, I still have not received my money and I am furious
