I was desperately in the interim of changing my car insurance due to cost issues. I approached another insurance service provider which painted their service so glorious & the offer looks undeniably appealing. only when i was about to cancell my current contract with Dial Direct, Ashely Moodely took all his effort to followup on the deal i got with the other provider after he has indicated that the deal offered is just another sales increasing stunts and wont cover me comprehensively as i needed. he took his time to explain clearly to me how the other service from the other provider works. initially i couldnt believe him, but he took me back to the other provider to confirm whilst he is also on line. we both witnesed that yes this deal is not what i need. he further provided me with a better deal in terms of cost, which was my main concern in the first place. finally i am a happy dial direct customer becouse of Mr Ashely Moodely.
