I am totally disgusted at the way Mr. Gregory Oliphant phones for debt collecting! My colleges has numerous times put the telephone of in his ears as he is disrespectful and rude. I work at reception and is constantly busy on the landline or seeing clients then my calls goes to our head office automatically Mr. Oliphant is then disrespectful over the telephone and demands to speak to my managers and to the HR. I have explained to him the reason for my late payments is that my husband currently don't work and is looking for a job now so my main priority now is to see that I pay my rent and see that my 3 kids or fed and can get to school and therefore unfortunately cannot pay them as I should. I every month have to hassle or borrow money to pay Sterling Debt recovery the R300.00 that was enforced on me by Mr. Oliphant to pay.
