DELIVERY OF NATIS DOCUMENTS

I have settled my car in September 2012 and 10 months later I still have not received my Natis Documents.
I was told that I would be notified when they are delivered at the Branch but I waited and waited and waited and there is still no notification. as you can expect for a man doing consulting work, 10 months later I have moved to a different town and when I enquire about the documents I'm told that they have been send to the address I gave them in January (it's June now). As much as I adore Nedbank at this stage I feel that I will never finance my vehicles through them again. I have to take time off-work just to visit the Branch and I do not find what is due to me.
