Pathetic finance rates for Platinum custome

I am a platinum customer who has banked with FNB for 16 years. I have done an application with a car dealer and FNBWesbank came through with the highest finance rate as compare to 2 other major banks.
I have no other financial relationship with the other banks and yet their rates are more favourable.

i also asked my Premier banker to intervene and he claims he is not able to motivate on my behalf. if so, what is the point of a Premier banker allocated to yourself if he cannot intervene on his clients behalf.

2 years ago when i applied for my house bond, FNB were yet again, the worst of the lot and I was financed by Stannic. How do they expect to keep clients if they are not competitive. So much for caring about the service they give you.

I will definately be moving my accounts from FNB.

Really disappointed customer.
