There are 2 debits on my account that I do not recognize, as the billing descriptor used by this merchant is not a company name. Firstly, I queried the debits, & was told by their general inquiries that they were unable to assist and tell me who the company is & that I must speak to the dept as they can tell me. I spoke to their dept who were also unable to help & said I must go into a branch as they will definitely be able to tell me. I wasted my lunch break going into the bank only to be told that they can't see the company & I must call the dept. I called the dept & they once again couldn't help me & referred me back to customer care/general inquiries, which starts the whole cycle again.
I am disgusted at the level of professionalism, lack of interest & service, security you people have. Also the people you have on your phones really need to go on a call centre course for better c centre skills.
I am extremely happy & proud to say that I have just opened up an FNB account & will be closing my standard account after 11 years of torture. I don't know why I paid you so much to look after my money, which you are clearly incapable of doing. Cheers
