ATROCIOUS SERVICE

Absa debited my bank account without my authorisation. After several phone calls to them I was promised the money would be paid back into my bank account within 3-5 days. I have still not received this money back. Whenever I have phoned Absa I have been passed from one department to another repeatedly, left holding for sometimes an hour at a time before being passed to someone else etc etc. I have NEVER encountered such pathetic service and general "don't care" attitude as I have from Absa!
I have now been told to wait yet another 3-5 days - I won't hold my breath seeing this was exactly what I was told 16 days ago! Absa is nothing short of pathetic!
