Interest not communicated

I took a Revolving loan and the repayment was agreed which I believe includes the interest. but the bank is now debiting the repayment and on top of that an interest of 21 percent in two debit lines separately every month.

I went to visit the branch but now I have to wait 10 days bcoz the consultant did not know why am I charged the interest separately to the repayment.

please assist me to get an understanding of what could have happened and if it is a mistake please let me know. please, waiting for this 10 days is killing me.
