Pathetic service experienced

I dealt with kavita in July 2012 about sending a tow truck to pick up my car and she never arranged it, I had to call again to have it arranged by a different person. Today 19th June 2013 she was suppose to arrange a tow truck to get my car from the panelbeaters but I was holding for her for more that 5minutes, I then requested her to call me back I waited in vain for hour till I knocked off. Why should I be paying for such service, does she have what it take to be dealing directly with client, I don't think so. I really thought I had found home with outsurance but it seems I was wrong. They don't bother to get back to clients as long as they get your money that's all they want.
