Outstanding claim and Incorrect feedback

I opened a claim in January 2013 for 2 issues I was having. The first was resolved speedily by Thereshnee Naidu (her service, feedback and follow-up are awesome). The second has been dragging on and is being dealt with by Shaneen. I keep getting promises that the assessor will come and assess the damage - haven't seen or heard from him. The claim is also related to poor workmanship from one of their contractors - to date it has taken 5 months for them to retrieve the file. I have even tried including her manager, Elize Smith, on all correspondence to no avail.
How do I get this claim finalised?
