I pay my premiums in time but i do not get service

I enquired about two months aho about a company that debited me money without my knowledge i gave them the proof and documents needed.and until today no feedback
I contacted them once and they said they will call me in two days but until today i am still waiting.they claim to gibe good service but all they want is money.last week they phone me hoping they have news for me about my case instead all they said was that your premiums wil increase next month.what am i paying for.
