More is less and less is more? huh?

After much anticipated delay I finally received an answer from Peter, first I would like to apologize to him, as I was out of line get all personal with him, seeing that he was only the message bearer.

However the answer was that it boiled down that more is less and less is more, OK? HUH?

Firstly in the past African Bank have taken my overtime into consideration, the last application was delay because the lady incorrectly captured this (by not capturing this, huh?) besides this in the past this was taken into account (huh? something does not make sense?)

Secondly since my overtime is added to my gross (which African bank, take the whole amount into consideration) and there after tax, UIF, medical aid, Pension, is deducted, my question (for my own future references) how much of this overtime went for PAYE, how much was taken from my cash component and how much was taken from the overtime? (please tell me?) as you take my net salary, and you minus the overtime before tax was added and you then calculate the affordability according to that, which will obviously put me in a lower bracket, and I am earning more, yet according to you I am earning less? (Huh?)
