Prescribed Debts with DMC Collections

Good day Miss Baaliah,

Today at 6:37pm I again had a visit from a representative from DMC collections - this time she came here over two accounts, both of which have prescribed as per the NCR and Ombudsman.

The accounts that DMC said they wanted to collect on was:
999911401213 and 999911333573

Please can you update your records as well as the credit bureau. These people were very rude when they actually went to another person's address where I do not even live and this is quite embarrasing. This is now the second time I am enquiring about this as you can see as per the emails from yourself below, stating that everything has been updated? What surprises me is that they now come with an extra debt which has also prescribed? How does this happen?

I would appreciate your urgent feedback and proof of these accounts being updated very urgently.
