I am absolutely horrified with the kind of service received by Pholosa staff. On the 05/04/2013 a consultant (Simphiwe Mtshali) called regarding a contract i had with Mobile U stating that i must pay -R500 so i asked that he sends that to me on mail advising that this is the full and final settlement then i will make arrangements, he took my email address down but never emailed me till date. today i speak to Melody and she refuses to let me speak to the manager, then she refuses to give me her surname, her tone was arrogant, Then she says im being handed over for the Mobile U account and a Cell C account so i asked what Cell C account and she does not know any details. She said she will get a manager to call me back but till now i have received no call. All she does is reprimand me for being angry. She should not be employed, not even to sweep the street, she's useless and uneducated. How must i pay for something i dont know about and why cant they give me a mail with the amount owing for the Mobile U account? What are they scared off? I will not pay a cent if i don't get details as requested!
