R400 promotion is a joke

I recently went through the process of getting a quote with Outsurance. They were unable to match my current insurance offering. When I asked about the promotion, the guy told me that he would mail me the details and that I should receive a SMS shortly. I am still waiting for the SMS even though I have followed up with him several times. Every time he says he will follow up, but I never hear anything again unless I mail again.

Judging by the amount of complaints on about this matter, I think it's safe to say that this system is designed to make this as difficult as possible to get the money. I will not hesitate to file a complaint with the ASA (Advertising Standards Authority) if I don't get positive feedback soon.

Consider this your final warning.
