Resending SMS for pin

I purchased Prepaid Electricity this morning (R122) and sent the confirmation of my payment via sms to 31733. My cellphone registered that the sms was sent at 7.23. I received an sms 10 minutes later thanking me for my payment but requesting that I STILL need to send an sms confirming payment.

This has never happened before and makes me distrust your service. If this is a new way to get double the money from each client submitting the sms, it means a lot if extra cash generation for you at the expense of your customers.

What was quite an efficient way to buy electricity now potentially becomes yet another opportunistic industry.
