African Bank
No service recieved what so ever!!!

Hi we have applied for credit to buy some furnisher at furnisher city abt 2 weeks ago already. The application has been approved by furnisher city but ever since then we have been waiting and logging calls for africa bank to create employer name and create a sub group. Furnisher city have been mailing their supervisor E. Mslongo and everytime she is either busy or in a meeting. We as yet still havent had any conformation from africa bank at all. Everytime we call and ask what is going on its a different story. It has been almost 2 weeks now and still furnishercity richards bay hasnt heard anything from africa bank head ofice or from who ever Ms E Mslongo. At agrica bank head office is. Me for one is not happy as I could have done anf got furnisher a long time ago by another bank. Africa bank consoltants who we spoke to were rude and very unhelpfull. Id please like to hear what is gna be done abt yhis matter as I am very very irratated and frustrated at this moment.
