DEDUCTING DEBITS AS THEY PLEASE

I have arranged for my debit to go off on the 1st of each month.
Shocked as they tried taking both TODAY, the 13th what the???
as soon as my husbands money appeared a few hours later, they just took all of it.
how do you arrange a certain date and they just take it when they please. RIDICULOUS IF YOU ASK ME.
They make my credit look bad and take my money as they please.

i have spoken to several people and no one seems to help me.

AND THIS IS ONLY ONE OF MY PROBLEMS WITH THEM.
a family member paid a cheque on my account to settle my accounts with them, after several months and several calls made and received for not paying my arrears account i was handed over. only realizing they were still trying to debit every month. with bounced back debits - i had to pay for.
October this cheque was paid only in May they told me the cheque was unpaid after i had to phone several people sending emails back and forth and which not one african bank employee helped me. thats when i made arrangements with a person from Furnisher city. (which african bank did my finance for)
after i have paid every cent back i wil NEVER EVER EVER USE THEM AGAIN IN MY LIFE.
