OVER CHARGING ME EVERY MONTH

FNB claims that you pay a R97.00 fee every month yet my fees come up to over R300.00 every month an incidental credit fee of R57.00 and value added service fee of over R100.00 and then the monthly account fee? When i call the help line they almost give me the same reason for every single fee taken off? I did not sign up for this!!!
