Still no feedback!!!

I am still waiting for feedback from this company as to when my money will be paid back... they say on hellopeter that they have responded to me but they never did.
i call their call centre and nobody knows who the person is who "responded to me"
i would like them to call me immediately or i am going to use the newspaper i work for to expose them for what they are!!!

i want my money back today!!!
