Refusing to pay claim

In terms of my policy, I can be considered for a relocation benefit. In early April I contacted the call centre to get the details of how to go about claiming this and advised them that I will be moving house on the 29 April 2013. I was told that I need to send them the invoice and proof of payment. On the 13 May 2013 I sent them the necessary information. I was advised telephonically (that is when I called in to enquire about the status) that the claim has not been approved. The reason for this was that I did not inform PSG that I will be moving, beforehand. I advised the call centre person that I did call in and that they should have a record of the call. Furthermore, I had been liaising with one of the agents called Bonolo and she has been aware of the numerous calls that I have made wrt this issue as I received conflicting information from another agent. I have now been advised that there is nothing that they can do unless I show proof that I called the call centre.
