Nedbank black listed me

Nedbank blacklisted me without sending any section 129 document. When i enquired with the credit Bureau i was told that the letter was sent; and when i asked why i was handed over with a debit order running i didnt received any answer. i also cant get an answer on the Anniversary of that Personal loan account.
