Yesterday, it has been 2 months I have been waiting for my issues to be resolved regarding Internet Banking Fees.
I received a call from various people from ABSA after my initial comment here (Hello Peter) and she said that they will have to retrieve the voice recordings of the calls I made to the call centre and will come back to me... still waiting...
Could somebody PLEASE sort this out!
