Early in April I was informed that there had been activity on my clicks club card. I filled in the necessary paperwork and sent in to the department.
I have yet to recieve feedback or have not recieved any feedback regarding this and yet, I am being constantly badgered to pay my monthly installment.
On a number of occassions, I have informed the call centre that I will not cover the activity on my card and I will not pay a cent until an investigatioin has been conducted and the amount adjusted accordingly.
Hardly surprising that I have been threatened with a legal letter and I still have received NO feedback on my query.
I am expected to cover the cost of activity, on a card that had expired???
Worst service ever!!! If I had known that Clicks runs their cards through FNB, I would never have accepted the credit card!!!
