WHAT DO SERVICE INSTITUTIONS NOT UNDERSTAND??? I sent an email to Dial Direct about a debt order that had not gone through and asked them for their banking details so I could make a payment. As i am workign in Botswana (Okavango Delta), I do not have access to a cellphone, but I do have access to emails and internet. They did not bother to read my mail and said that a consultant would contact me. HOW ARE THEY GOING TO DO THIS IF THEY TRY TO PHONE ME. I ASK WITH TEARS IN MY EYES.
