Hospital cash back claim not finalised

I submitted a claim on the 15 May 2013 up until today no one is working on it. I have called the call centre several times but I don't get any help I'm told that there is no feedback I need to call again. It has taken too long to be finalised I need feedback immediately. I was admitted in hospital on the 25 up to 27 March 2013.
