I've had such a bad time with Bluebean, to a point that I'm disappointed. I should've known since the start when I applied for the credit card online, it took nearly a month for them to have my application processed, that this is a start to a terrible relationship. In March I paid R1000 into my card, more than what the actual installment would be, in fact, my installment was R820 per month. Can you imagine how absurd it sounds when you pay but your balance doesn't even drop? All that is told to me, its charges and interest? How on earth would my balance drop if my charges and installment is the same? By the looks of other complaints, other clients are facing the same thing. Makes my wonder, what is going on here? Cheslyn Plaaitjies from the division phones me tonight, utterly rude and spoke to me like a complete child... Where I asked him the same question about the charges, he kept on referring to a cellphone contract, HUH? He also said that each month a statement is sent to me I get charged? HUH? This was never disclosed to me... Where's the FIAS? Something is seriously wrong with this company and needs to stop clients that work hard for their money. I need clarity!!!
