ABSA Insurance. Unpaid Claim

Madam.

You have closed out this travel insurance claim.

I feel you have done this too early and have not taken all issues into account.

As per our dispute submission letter you saw irregularities with the manner ABSA then and now is selling their insurance. This is qualified by the recordings made available from ABSA as well as my recordings submitted to you.

You also went onto Wikipedia to look for answers. "We have also checked the Wikipedia meaning of cardiovascular diseases which is defined as a class of disease which involves the heart or blood vessels."

I have just gone onto Wikipedia and found the following: Cerebrovascular disease is a group of brain dysfunctions related to disease of the blood vessels supplying the brain.

ABSA never ever mentioned blood vessels at all. This is not in the sales agreement recording.

When purchasing insurance over the phone one does not have the opportunity of going onto Wikipedia. You yourself do not know the meaning so you would too be caught by ABSA when purchasing insurance.

This is exactly what the dispute is about and this is why it is in my opinion your duty to stop ABSA from their current practice.
