On 21st May 2013 I spoke to the Call Centre to arrange for my new cards to be sent to Musgrave, I was told to contact the branch first week of June. I did and was told my cards were not there, and that Penny would call me back. She did and told me that my cards would only be sent in last 7 days of month, told her this was not acceptable, why do they have to leave everything to last minute!! Her entire attitude was extremely condescending, it felt as if she was doing me a favour. Even when I went into the bank last week to collect my cards, NOT ONE SINGLE STAFF MEMBER smiled, or made me feel welcome. I have been a customer for many years, and the staff are not friendly, not geared towards customer service, it is shocking, if it was not for your customers, you would not have jobs. You should all get rid of your superior attitude, and start learning how to provide world-class customer service, currently your attitude is enough to make me seriously want to change to another bank, one who will make me happy to bank with them. You do not deserve to have me as a customer. Tired of being loyal to you, I want to move on. Steve, I am coming to find you.
