Willing to lose a customer over R44, 00

I moved to a much safer part of my area in CPT. Called Virgin to make changes to my policy only to be told I had to pay more. After negotiating with Virgin as to where exactly my car needed to be parked in the evenings, they game me a slight reduction on the installment. I am however still paying R44 per month more than I was before moving.
The question I posed to the consultant on the phone was whether Virgin was prepared for me now to go shopping around for a new insurer and get a better quote because they couldnt match the pricing I accepted 2 months ago. The answer was yes, they would rather I go somewhere else than reduce my installment by R44, 00.
