No responce from the Top (Managing Director)

After waiting 8 months for a reply about our claim, it was deceided to bring the matter to the attention of Mr Gari Dombo Managing Director of Alexander Forbes Short Term Insurance. Faxes were sent to him dated 12th April, 19th April, 26th April, after a phone call to his secretary faxes were again sent on 2nd May, 4th June, by 7th June no response so a call was made to his secretary, But only the answering service, left a message and am still waiting to be called back. Phoned again 10th June only to be told Mr Dombo was on leave and I will be contacted on the 11th June. It is now nearly 2 months since the original letter to Mr Dombo. If this is the service one can expect from the TOP Person in the company then What else can one say or do??? Original claim was lodged on 17th August 2012.
