Last week Saturday I spent 36mins on a phone call to a Nedbank call centre agent concerning missing points which had been deducted from my Greenbacks account. At the end of the conversation I was told that they would call me back on either Monday/Tuesday in an effort to resolve the issue. On Tuesday I eventually landed up speaking to the call agents' manager who said I would be sent the information that I requested by means of an email. To date this info has yet to be sent and I am still missing the 170, 000 odd points (translates to - R5, 100). At the end of the day the query has not been resolved and I am still out of pocket. Nedbank please do not advertise a service if you are unable to commit to it (I refer to your Ask Once policy). Ref No. that i was given last week Sat: 6302121. What a shame that issues like these have to be broadcast over the net, in the hope that they will be resolved. Bring back the days of having an account manager that you could visit at the branch and have a one on one conversation with, knowing that they will do their best to look after your best interest! Bitterly disappointed, yet loyal customer for over 20yrs.
