ABSA staff incompetance continues!!

Wth ref to ABSA report on HelloP 02/05/13. ABSA responded only then, aft 2 mnths of sending 9 email queries, investigated Intrnt Mobi fee being deducted 2x p/mnth on Credit Card acc for over a year & wld refund me immediately & deduction wld b rectified. End of May Mobi fee was deducted TWICE AGAIN! Also went into ABSA SANDTON brnch to change my repayment on my bond 2 the minimum required payment amount. Agent assured me it is done. End April got a call frm ABSA collections department saying my bond is in arrears with R62, 00 and I must pay ASAP as this gives me bad credit rating. I explained the agent at ABSA must've loaded a short payment amount on the stop order (spoke to Maureen) which, when she checked, she did. She assured me it wld b rectified & I paid R100, 00 over on the bond. End May ANTHR call frm ABSA collections, short payment, ONCE again pay ASAP & u get listed 4 bad payment! Repeated my story & agent assured me that it wld now b rectified & she wld CC me in the instruction. NO EMAIL 2 date. The incompetence of ABSA staff continues (refer 2 previous list of incompetencies, I've listed frm ABSA) & their customers suffer wth a bad credit rating as a result!
