Fnb is killing me

I withdrawl R1500 on the 25 of june, and left with R690.On the 27 june when i withdraw money its only R190 available and i took that R190. when i go inside the bank they said that I swiped with R500 but it does shows where? and when? fnb annoys me and i want my R500 back.
