First National Bank
Supposed to be the greatest bank? I rate not

I went into the bank a while ago! I spoke to 1 of the ladies at enquiries/ tellers, I told her I was a student and wanted to change my account type. She asked me for proof of being a student, I presented my student card and ID document and she took it made copies and reassured me that my account has been changed. She said now my bank charges would be around R16. So now for the last few days I have been getting texts such as "Annual price review new account fee is R84"before that R135. How the is that possible? What kind of pricing is that? The most ridiculous bank I have ever been with! I have had so many issues with FNB since I have been with you
