BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NON COMPLIANCE

I had a personal loan with FNB, went under debt review in 2008 and the court agreed that the loan balance was R 7601.41 and I paid back the amount of R 10 067.97 as per the court order. That was in 2009, I am still trying to get FNB to clear and cancel the accounts and issue me with a paid up letter and it is June 2013. Myself and my debt councillor have had no success in finalising the matter and FNB keep charging interest and other bank charges which legally they are not intitiled to do. Please could someone assist in resolving the matter so that I can move forward and clear my name!!
