Socialistic attitude - break do the Berlin Wall!!

I have been here for an hour now waiting to see someone regarding a 600k transfer- no one asks if they can help but merely hand you a number after 15 minutes and tell you to wait your turn- ask if there is a business counter, the gentleman says no- I said so its basically a socialistic system and he says yes. Seems like it doesn't matter if you transfer 5.00 or a million, you get the same lack of urgency. The end result was that the forex were closed as I was supposed to be there less than an hour ago- do the math, I was there but FNB has a stupid unfriendly system which the customer gets penilized for! Imagine FNB -- waiting for an icecream for 1 hour- will you come back or even wait for it sir/ mam/ Stalin?? Did you get your tricks from dept of home affairs? now called dept of business affairs? Next time offer us some coffee- I will pay for it! You have lovely staff but terrible management of the floor- it's you mannequin and she smells!
