SOS Assist (Roadside)

For the last year and a half I've paid a amount of R109.99 to SOSASSIST but I haven't received any doc or ref number. So I paid The R109.99 for nothing. They made all these promisis and they can not deliver anything. I tried to phone them. I've sent mail to Cancelled SOSAssist but they ignore the mail. So the company must cancelled is or I have to take action. So hereby I cancel my SOSAssist Roadside.
