SA Stockbrokers will lose your money for you!!!

I invested a lump sum with SA Stockbrokers. Over 5 year period they consistently invested in under performing companies to the point where I now have nothing left. They did too many stupid trades and each time they deducted their costs.
A request for explanation has yielded no response.
Beware before investing with these people!
